Real Estate

I am researching Dholera SIR and Dholera Smart City as an emerging real estate area in Gujarat. I am particularly interested in residential and investment plots around Dholera. What should buyers check before considering a property in Dholera SIR? I would like to understand more about project location, connectivity, infrastructure, approvals, title documents and applicable RERA information.
