The Yamuna Expressway point is often underestimated. Agra is closer to Delhi in time than Gurgaon sector 90 on a congestion-free day. And the plot prices are dramatically lower. For weekend home buyers from Delhi, this is worth considering.

The Taj Environmental Zone restrictions were always a concern for development. Make sure any specific plot or unit you're considering is outside the 300m and 500m buffer zones. The NGT has been strict on this. Verify the environment clearance on the specific parcel.

@Abhishek — good point. Omaxe City Agra is on Sikandra Road which is outside the Taj Buffer Zone. The township has full environmental clearance. But this is an important check for anyone buying individual plots in Agra — many of the old city plots are within restricted zones and construction there is heavily regulated.
