About Arvind Bel Air

The green cover around Arvind Bel Air in Jalahalli Cross is not just a marketing claim — the area has mature tree cover that most Bangalore localities have long lost to construction. Worth seeing in person. The project focuses on open-space design with 80% of the land area devoted to landscaping, sports courts, and walking paths. With seamless connectivity to Peenya Industrial Area and the International Airport via the elevated expressway.

Green cover is real – not marketing. My balcony literally faces a cluster of old rain trees. No other project in 5km radius has this.
