About Brigade Valencia

Sarjapur Road, Whitefield, and Hebbal continue to absorb the bulk of Bangalore's residential demand. Brigade Valencia by Brigade Group is in Hosur Road — a corridor that's mature enough to have infrastructure but still has room for price appreciation. The project spans 9 acres with multiple towers, featuring a temperature-controlled swimming pool, sky garden, clubhouse, and dedicated EV charging infrastructure throughout. Excellent connectivity to Electronic City, Koramangala, and Silk Board junction.

Prestige delivery record in Bangalore is strong. They've given OC on time for last 5 projects I've tracked. This is the main reason I booked.
