My caveat: verify DB Realty's current financial health at the time of your booking. Developer financial position changes over time and what was true when this review was written may have evolved.

The MP RERA portal for Bhopal is well-maintained and easy to navigate. I checked DB Realty Orchid specifically — project registration is active, the compliance report shows timely updates in the last two quarters, and the financial escrow mechanism appears intact. Current compliance status positive, subject to future changes as @Manoj ji rightly cautions.

Maharana Pratap Nagar location has been improving steadily. The new flyover on the IT Park approach has resolved the major congestion bottleneck that used to exist at the crossing near the park entrance. The commute time to IT Park from this location is now genuinely 10 minutes on most mornings, which makes it practically walkable for someone with a bicycle or two-wheeler.
