MP Nagar real estate investment thesis is simple: supply is permanently constrained by planning regulations and the commercial zoning of the area. What exists will not be significantly added to. Demand from Bhopal's growing professional class will only increase. Price dynamics in supply-constrained premium zones are as close to a one-direction bet as real estate offers.

The 3.3-metre ceiling height combined with floor-to-ceiling windows means the living area is genuinely dramatic. I visited the sample flat and the sense of space from the 10th floor, with that ceiling height and the MP Nagar commercial skyline visible below, was striking.
