I purchased a 3BHK in Goyal My Home on Gotri Road in early 2023 and have now completed over a year of living here. This is the review I would have wanted to read before I booked — not a marketing write-up but an owner's account of what the day-to-day reality is. Goyal Group has been building in Vadodara for three decades and that longevity shows in how they approach projects. They don't just build and disappear. Their post-possession maintenance team is reachable. Issues raised in the society WhatsApp group (which has a Goyal representative) get acknowledged within 24 hours. This responsiveness is not universal in Vadodara real estate and I appreciate it more with every passing month. Construction quality: genuinely above the Vadodara market average for this price point. The tiling work has no hollow spots — I checked every room systematically with a coin tap test. Bathroom fittings are Cera brand. Electrical wiring is done properly — no signs of overloaded circuits in a year of normal use. Window quality is good — aluminium frames with proper rain sealing that was tested in the 2023 monsoon without a single leak. Gotri Road itself: the location is what makes this project premium in Vadodara. Equidistant from the airport (12 km), Baroda Medical College Hospital (3 km), Alkapuri commercial area (5 km). The MS University campus ecosystem — restaurants, stationery, coaching institutes — makes the neighbourhood feel young and functional. Mature tree cover on Gotri Road gives you shade that newer developments genuinely lack. Water supply: municipal connection plus borewell backup. During the 2024 summer water crisis in parts of Vadodara, our building had zero water shortage days — the borewell capacity was adequately sized. This is a Goyal operational detail that many buyers don't think to ask about. If I were buying today, I would buy here again.
