These require ongoing maintenance commitment — ATS societies typically maintain these well because residents pay adequate maintenance charges. The quality gap is real. Whether it is worth ₹25-30 lakh over Gaur City depends on how you prioritize: for a family where both spouses earn well and lifestyle quality matters, the ATS quality difference is daily and tangible. For a pure investment play, the quality premium is less relevant as long as the underlying asset holds value.
