Prateek Wisteria resident satisfaction data you mentioned is the most relevant precedent for evaluating Stylome. Same developer, same general area, similar product — if Wisteria delivered, Stylome likely will. I visited Wisteria last year. Construction quality was above the area average. Maintenance is society-managed and functional.
The metro timeline caveat is honest and important. The Noida Extension extension has been "coming soon" for several years. I wouldn't bet on it arriving before 2028-29 at the earliest. If your financial plan requires metro by 2026, it will likely disappoint. If 2029 works, the probability is much higher.
₹85 lakh for 1,750 sqft 3BHK is actually excellent per-sqft value for a Prateek product in this area. Compare to ATS Destinaire at similar sqft for ₹95-100 lakh — Prateek gives you 10-15% more space for less money. Quality gap exists but is narrower than the price gap suggests.
