DS Max is a Bangalore-based developer with projects across South India and a growing presence in Central India. Their South Indian projects have reasonable track records — I researched three Bangalore DS Max projects on MahaRERA equivalent and found delivery within 8-12 months of promised dates in most cases. Not perfect but honest.
The 32-65 lakh pricing is genuinely affordable for Super Corridor. What does the lower price mean in reality? Specifications are mid-market rather than premium — Somany tiles instead of Kajaria, standard sanitary ware instead of Jaquar. The building common areas are functional without being impressive. The amenities are the basics — kids' play area, indoor games room, small gym. No swimming pool at this price.
The bet here is on the Super Corridor's trajectory rather than the product's luxury. IIM Indore's presence and the planned IT park cluster will drive demand for years. At 32-65 lakhs you are buying into a location story at an early, affordable price. The product is honest, not exceptional.

I want to frame the DS Max pricing differently: this is a commute-saving investment. At the standard Indore market calculation of commute time valued at ₹300 per hour (conservative professional rate), 70 minutes daily saved is ₹3,500 per day, ₹84,000 per month. Over 5 years, that is ₹50 lakhs in time value. The ₹32-65 lakh housing cost looks different when you calculate the commute savings it generates.

One practical check I always recommend for affordable projects: visit the actual construction site on a weekday morning unannounced. Count the labour present and the pace of work. DS Max Serene when I visited had active work on all three towers simultaneously. That is a positive sign of a developer with financial confidence in the project.
