Indore's Bypass Road has excellent commercial utility but the residential question is about what happens during the evening and night. The heavy commercial traffic on the bypass reduces significantly after 9-10pm. The Ruchi Life Space internal roads are separate from the bypass traffic. From inside the township, the bypass presence is less intrusive than you might imagine from looking at a map.
The operational commercial zone within the township is something I specifically verified before my parents considered booking here. Too many Indore townships promise commercial facilities that materialise only 3-4 years after first possession. Ruchi Life Space already has a pharmacy, a grocery (Jai Bharat), and a dhaba. My parents — both in their 60s — can manage daily needs without a car. This matters enormously for senior buyers.
Investment perspective: the Bypass Road is being upgraded as part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor infrastructure improvements. Land along the upgraded bypass has appreciated strongly in comparable cities along this corridor (Surat, Vadodara). Indore's bypass upgrading is creating similar pressure. Bypass Road properties at current pricing may look conservative in 4-5 years.
