The Vaishali vs MWC comparison is location vs value. For end-use with family, Vaishali Nagar wins hands down — better schools, better hospital access, established social life. The premium is justified if this is your primary home for 10+ years.

I visited Saubhagya last month. The B and C type 2 BHK are the ones with the awkward shape. The A type corner 2 BHK is actually very well laid out — ask specifically for A type. The sample flat they show is usually the best unit, ask to see the actual floor plan of whatever unit you're considering.
