The isolation concern is real. My colleague lives there and jokes that you need to plan a Jaipur trip like you're going to a different city. But the prices are genuinely attractive compared to Vaishali Nagar or Jagatpura for similar configuration. It's a trade-off.

From an investment angle — MWC Jaipur has consistent IT absorption. The land bank there is substantial so development will continue. Phase-wise price appreciation has been steady at 8-10% annually, which is good for Jaipur. I'd treat it as a 5-7 year hold and not expect quick flipping.

Is the Kalwar Road getting proper development now? Last time I visited in 2022 the road condition was bad. And what about the medical facilities nearby — any hospital?

@Rekha — road has improved significantly after the NH development work. There's a Fortis clinic in the township and Fortis main hospital is about 35 minutes. Ambulance response is decent. For regular checkups it's fine, for emergencies the distance is a legitimate concern.
