Omaxe has delivered mixed-use projects in other cities — Faridabad, Lucknow — and the quality is consistent. The build spec at Connaught Place Kanpur is genuine mid-premium, not budget. Flooring, bathroom fittings, window quality — all one notch above local Kanpur developers. The Omaxe brand is trustworthy if not as premium as Godrej or ATS.

For a working professional who wants to walk to work or to restaurants without needing a car, the Mall Road location is practically excellent. My cousin lives in a rented flat in this area and says the walkability advantage is real — everything from banking to shopping to dining is accessible on foot. In Kanpur, that kind of walkability is rare.
