Why BMC and MahaRERA (or other agencies) Aren't Taking Action
Developer are selling flats saying 10 ft but actually giving less than 9 feet
Buyers at the time of possession/ as they had paid more than 70/80 % of flat value
Helpless/ as developer telling 10 % cancellation charges etc
Buyers please wake up/ ask developer to give all information in writing, with clear height, all small information in writing.
Developer are using RERA as all the things are approved by RERA (but not really)
