About Runwal My City

Runwal Group doesn't launch frequently in Mumbai, which is why Runwal My City drew attention when it was announced. The project targets mid-segment buyers who want the brand without relocating to the suburbs. The self-sufficient campus includes a school, retail mall, healthcare center, and recreational zones – offering complete township convenience to first-time buyers in the MMR periphery.

Location is non-negotiable for me. Malabar Hill, Worli, Lower Parel – these addresses hold value even in a down market. Booked 2BHK. No regrets so far.
