About Tata Serein

Finding a decent flat in Thane West has always been difficult — supply is thin and prices move fast. Tata Serein is one of the few new launches in this stretch in recent years. Large 2 and 3 BHK apartments with Tata's signature quality come with a 5-acre landscaped podium, sky gardens, and direct connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway.

My cousin took possession last year in a similar project by this builder. Lobby marble was different from brochure. Flooring was same grade. Overall 7/10.
