First-time buyers in Nashik have been burned by small developers who take money and stall construction. A Mahindra backing removes that fear. Igatpuri Road location is the trade-off — it's on Nashik's outskirts and connectivity to the city centre and MIDC requires a 30-40 minute commute. But for ₹28-38 lakh what did we expect? The Mahindra quality at this price point with this location is still a better deal than a small developer project in a more central area.
