Brigade Eternia on NH44 has two strong arguments: Brigade Group reliability and airport proximity. I drive to the airport frequently for work and the NH44 from Yelahanka is genuinely 25 minutes to Kempegowda Terminal. The sample unit at Eternia had Brigade signature finish quality - the tiling, woodwork, and electrical fittings were all premium grade. Yelahanka is an established locality with good schools, hospital, and retail within 2 km. RERA PR/070325/007559 is fresh and Brigade has never missed a major possession. 3BHK at 2.21Cr for this location and builder is competitive.
