About Vinayak Orchid

Vinayak Orchid by the developer in Garia — a straightforward project in a neighbourhood that's no longer speculative. The growth already happened. The question now is whether the price still makes sense for buyers entering today. Garia's south Kolkata connectivity including metro access and EM Bypass reach positions Orchid as a practical mid-range buy.

Possession certificate is clear. OC is obtained. Tax receipts from KMC are in order. Rare to have everything clean – appreciate the builder for it.
