The industrial slowdown concern is valid for the mass market but the premium segment (above 80 lakhs) in Ludhiana has held up well. The business community doesn't stop buying quality real estate even in a slowdown — they diversify their business profits into property. Omaxe The Lake sits in this segment.
@Mandeep — fair point. The 1 Cr+ segment in Ludhiana has a different buyer profile. I should have distinguished that. For this specific product, the buyer is the Ludhiana business family, not the IT professional. And that buyer is always present here.
