About Oberoi Sky City

The Borivali East micromarket hasn't seen many launches at this price point. Oberoi Sky City fills a gap that's been visible for a while — luxury inventory with a credible developer name. The project is part of Oberoi's signature Sky series featuring expansive floor plates, double-height lobbies, and hotel-inspired concierge services. Located close to the national park with metro station and railway station within a short drive.

Price has jumped 40% since 2022 launch. If you got in early hats off. Now it doesn't make sense to me financially. Resale from an early buyer is what I'm looking at.
