About Runwal Forests

Finding a decent flat in Kanjurmarg West has always been difficult — supply is thin and prices move fast. Runwal Forests is one of the few new launches in this stretch in recent years. The 2 and 3 BHK apartments overlook a private 4-acre forest reserve with walking trails, outdoor yoga zones, and a 60,000 sq ft clubhouse.

If you're buying for investment and don't plan to live here immediately – check rental yield. This area gives 2.8% max. Not great.
