At 40-85 lakhs, Godrej Nurture is not the cheapest option on Hingna Road but the 20-25% premium over local developers is justified by the brand reliability and the practical benefits: bank loan ease, guaranteed RERA compliance, and a developer who will answer your call post-possession.
