I booked Ganga Residency in Rajendra Nagar 8 months ago and I want to tell the complete story of how I found this project and what makes it stand out in a market where national developer brands dominate the conversation.
Background: I spent 6 months looking at Patna properties. I looked at Omaxe City (too far), Supertech projects (too risky), a few local developers who couldn't give me clear documentation. He cannot operate in Patna for 18 more years if he cheats buyers. His social standing, his family's standing, his professional community relationships all depend on his reputation. Rajendra Nagar as a Patna address: it is one of the city's most established residential localities — proximity to Patna Medical College Hospital (PMCH), reputed schools, well-established markets, and the residential culture of a settled educated community. It is not as prestigious as Boring Road but it is a genuinely good address at a more accessible price point.
Product: 3BHK at ₹55-65 lakh for 1,350-1,550 sqft. Quality is above Patna average — he uses proper RCC mix (I saw the concrete test reports), full mortar brick bonding, and branded fittings (Parryware bathrooms). Ceiling height 10 feet. Possession Q1 2026.
