T Square PuneReviews & Ratings — Pune, Maharashtra

I am currently exploring residential properties in Pune and comparing different projects based on location, connectivity, construction quality, amenities and long-term value. I feel that buyers should not consider only the quoted property price but also check the developer's track record, surrounding infrastructure, possession timeline, maintenance costs and future development in the area. I would like to know what factors other Pune homebuyers consider before finalising a residential project.
