T Square Pune Residential ProjectReviews & Ratings — Pune, Maharashtra

I am comparing residential projects in Pune and one thing I am trying to understand is which amenities are genuinely useful for residents. Many projects provide features such as landscaped areas, children's play areas, fitness facilities, security, parking and community spaces. However, I think buyers should focus on amenities that they will actually use rather than simply choosing a project because it has a long amenities list. What amenities do existing Pune homeowners find most valuable in their residential communities?
