Pricing for remaining units: ₹2.35 Cr (3 BHK, ~1,400 sqft = ₹16,785/sqft) to ₹3.11 Cr (4 BHK). Yes, HSR Layout prices these days are astronomical.
Location facts I don't need to tell most Bangalore people:
- HSR Layout Sector 2-7 has excellent connectivity to Koramangala, BTM, Bellandur
- Silk Board junction proximity is a curse (traffic) and blessing (ORR and outer connectivity)
- Social infrastructure is mature – hospitals, schools, malls, restaurants all within 5 km
- Namma Metro Phase 2 has Silk Board station opening – this changes everything
The premium pricing is justified by the address but at ₹2.35 Cr+ you're competing with Brigade, Sobha, Godrej products at similar price points. Casagrand brand doesn't carry the same premium perception in Bangalore.
