Palladio in Ramapuram is their west Chennai play and the floor plates at 1,600 sq ft for a 3BHK are generous – that's actual space, not a tight 3BHK with no dining room. The private elevator lobby per floor is a genuine luxury feature, not available in most projects even at this price. Ramapuram location is practical – Koyambedu is 15 minutes, Porur junction connects you to OMR and Guindy. Q3 2026 possession is near term and Appaswamy has delivered on time consistently.
