Spent a Sunday at the Godrej Nurture site office and came away impressed. Velachery is genuinely one of the best-connected localities in Chennai – MRTS right there, the metro Phase 2 at Velachery junction is under civil work now, and the Taramani Link Road gets you to OMR in 12 minutes. The sky garden concept on the 22nd floor is not a gimmick – Godrej showed similar delivery at their Mumbai and Pune projects. The sample flat finishes were Godrej standard – vitrified tiles without hollow spots, UPVC windows with good acoustic sealing, modular kitchen frame that felt solid. 2BHK at 88L in Velachery from Godrej with RERA TN/01/Building/0042/2024 is honest pricing. For IT folks in Taramani or Perungudi, this is a no-brainer location.
