Koyambedu has always been busy but the metro changed it fundamentally – you can now reach Anna Nagar, CMBT, Alandur, and the airport from here without touching road traffic. VGN Centreville at Koyambedu is banking on this transit advantage. The sky lobby on the 18th floor in the renders looks genuinely impressive. VGN's quality is well established over 40 years. The 2BHK at 1.22Cr is on the premium side for Koyambedu but you're paying for a high-rise with metro at the doorstep and VGN build quality. Visited the site – foundation work is complete and tower structure has started. RERA TN/01/Building/0083/2024 is filed. For rental investors this location will command premium rents given metro access and the central bus hub.
