New launches in Adyar are extremely rare – the neighbourhood is fully built up and land is scarce. Casagrand Azure getting 48 units here is a genuine find. Visited the project site which is on a quiet lane off LB Road – you can walk to Adyar Eco Park in under 10 minutes. The model flat had Italian marble in the living room – smooth, no grout issues – and the Kohler fittings in the bathroom were the real ones, not display items. Casagrand has scaled up their product quality in recent years and Azure is their luxury arm. 3BHK at 2.4Cr in Adyar is actually underpriced compared to resale rates in the area. RERA TN/01/Building/0078/2024 is filed. Only 48 units means this will move fast.
