I have been following Arihant projects for a few years now because they consistently deliver value in South Chennai. Suvarna in Urapakkam is one of their better-planned projects. The 10-acre campus has cricket turf – real surface, not just nets – which is rare at this price. Urapakkam suburban railway gives direct trains to Chennai Central and the GST Road IT companies are reachable by road in 20 minutes. The 2BHK at 52L is the entry price. Quality is honest – not luxury finishes but well-constructed, durable materials. I visited an Arihant project they delivered in Chromepet and the build quality held up well. For first-time buyers or investment buyers in South Chennai, this is probably the most value per rupee currently. RERA TN/29/Building/0188/2024 filed.
