About Concorde Mayfair

Ambattur is one of Chennai's more balanced locations — not as expensive as Adyar or Anna Nagar, not as far as Tambaram or Guduvanchery. Concorde Mayfair sits in this middle ground and that's its core value proposition. Concorde is a Bengaluru-origin developer expanding to Chennai with their quality standards in the North Chennai industrial zone.

Appasamy has been building in Chennai since 1975. That's almost 50 years. They've seen market cycles, recessions, everything. Track record matters.
