About Uttam Garden

Uttam Garden by the developer in Behala — a straightforward project in a neighbourhood that's no longer speculative. The growth already happened. The question now is whether the price still makes sense for buyers entering today. Behala is one of South Kolkata's most self-sufficient neighbourhoods with all daily needs available locally.

First time I've seen a project in Kolkata with a rooftop solar farm. 40% of common area electricity from solar. ESG minded builder.
