About Rustomjee Stella

The Bandra East micromarket hasn't seen many launches at this price point. Rustomjee Stella fills a gap that's been visible for a while — luxury inventory with a credible developer name. Exclusive by design with limited units, Stella features private elevator lobbies, imported marble flooring, and a private residents' deck.

My father booked a flat here after retirement. He says construction quality is noticeably better than his previous flat in Kandivali from 15 years ago. Good enough reference for me.
