Visited 3 months ago. For views — floors 8 and above in the main tower give you partial bay view even in the lower-priced units. Below floor 6 it's mostly tree line and surrounding buildings. Insist on seeing the view from the exact floor/unit you're considering, not the show flat.
Lifts are 4 per tower, fast. The walkway from parking to lobby has a slight incline but it's manageable and actually nicely landscaped. Not a problem for regular use.

Aparna's finishing is always excellent. Their tile selection, paint quality, and bathroom fittings are a notch above what Vizag buyers are used to. Pool was operational when I visited 2 months ago.
One thing: negotiate on the parking. Some floors come with a single parking only. If you need two, clarify in writing before booking. Don't rely on verbal assurances.
