They are not glamorous marketers — you won't see flashy hoardings — but their project delivery record in Andhra Pradesh, particularly in Vijayawada and Vizag, is genuinely solid. Their Janapriya Gardenia in Vizag was delivered on time and currently has a happy resident community. Janapriya Pride is priced at ₹55-100 lakh depending on floor and configuration.
