Brigade Group's Chennai entry has been anticipated for a while and they've chosen Singaperumal Koil on the GST Road for a big bet. 52 acres is a genuine township scale – their Xanadu in Mogappair was 12 acres and this is more than 4x that. The 2-acre central lake is real, I could see the water body when I visited the site. Cricket ground with proper boundary markings, 75,000 sq ft clubhouse – these are numbers that Brigade has delivered in Bengaluru. The dedicated school site within the campus is significant – it means a school will come to residents rather than having to commute for school runs. Singaperumal Koil suburban railway is there and the upcoming Chennai-Bengaluru Expressway interchange is close. 2BHK at 54L for a Brigade township on GST Road with RERA TN/29/Building/0312/2024 – this is the Brigade township formula at the most accessible price in South India right now.
