Chromepet is unfairly dismissed by some buyers who say it's too far south but the numbers don't lie – airport in 12 km, GST Road IT companies reachable, Chromepet MRTS connects to the city. Casagrand Bloom's smart home package surprised me. App-controlled lighting, video door phone, and remote door lock come standard – not as an expensive upgrade. Usually these features push the price up by 5-8L but Casagrand has baked it in at 65L. Visited the site office – construction is at 3rd floor for Tower A. The temperature-controlled pool is a good addition for the summer heat. For airport frequent flyers and GST Road IT workers, Chromepet and this price point make strong sense.
