I have been tracking OMR Phase 2 for investment and Thalambur is now clearly on the growth path. HCL and Cognizant campuses are a short ride away and Sholinganallur IT belt is under 20 minutes. Casagrand Fiona's wellness angle is interesting – yoga lawn, reflexology walkway, and Ayurveda centre are not just brochure items. Visited another Casagrand project in Sholinganallur and the amenities they show at launch are what you get on possession. The rooftop pool with temperature control is genuinely useful in Chennai climate. Casagrand 18,000 homes delivered is a number that speaks for itself. 2BHK at 60L in Thalambur for a wellness-themed project with RERA TN/29/Building/0241/2024 – good buy for IT professionals who want south OMR living with a slightly more relaxed pace.
