Paranur is at the sweet spot on the GST Road – close enough to the airport but far enough to get genuine land for a real township. Provident Sunworth at 40 acres is a proper township, not a project that calls itself one. The 2-acre central park is a real green space I could see from the site boundary. The cricket ground is laid out, 5 km cycling track would be a genuine daily use amenity for families. Provident Housing is backed by Puravankara Group which has strong delivery credentials in Bangalore. Chennai is a new market for them but they are bringing the same township formula that worked in Electronic City and Whitefield. 2BHK at 49L for a Puravankara group township on GST Road with RERA TN/29/Building/0201/2024 – I think this will be one of the best returns in South Chennai.
