West Chennai has been underrated for years but Porur-Moulivakkam is now seeing serious infrastructure push. The Chennai Bypass is right there, Mount-Poonamallee Road connects you to Koyambedu in 20 minutes, and the ORR Phase 2 alignment passes through this belt. Shriram Greenfield is 14 acres and 70% open space is a real number – you can see the plot boundaries on the RERA document. Visited the site on a weekday and the construction is already at slab level for Tower 1. Shriram Properties has been building in Chennai for over two decades and I have visited two of their delivered projects – Greenfield quality will be on par. 2BHK at 72L in Moulivakkam is competitive.
