Guindy doesn't get enough attention as a residential location but it should. You have the Guindy Metro, MRTS, the national park literally next door, and you're equidistant from OMR and Mount Road. VGN Nxt is positioned well for professionals who want central Chennai living. The sky lounge on the top floor has a rooftop pool – I've seen the design renders and the floor itself has panoramic city views. VGN Group has been building in Chennai for 40 years and their quality is very consistent. 2BHK at 1.12Cr in Guindy from VGN with RERA TN/01/Building/0091/2024 – honestly this feels fair given the location. The co-working centre is a bonus for WFH folks who don't need a full office setup.
