Thanks for the detailed update. I've been waiting on this before making a decision. The road situation is concerning for daily commute. How long does it take to reach Hadapsar from here on a regular working day?

Hadapsar is about 35-40 mins off-peak, 55-65 mins in peak hours. Not ideal for daily commute to be honest. Best suited if you're working from home or only going to office 2-3 days a week. As a weekend home it's perfect.

I visited the site last weekend, the river view is stunning. Tower A has better views than Tower B apparently. Is pricing similar for both towers currently?
