Oragadam is Chennai's industrial powerhouse – Renault-Nissan, Daimler, Apollo Tyres are all here. The workforce of tens of thousands needs quality housing and most of what's available is mediocre. Godrej Splendour changes that. 28 acres with a lake-front walking trail and 60+ amenities from Godrej at 45L entry is a genuinely compelling offer for the industrial belt workforce. Godrej Properties is a listed company with full transparency – RERA TN/29/Building/0265/2024 filed and their construction timelines are publicly disclosed. Visited the site – it's a large campus and the lake frontage is real. Q3 2028 possession is two years out but with Godrej that timeline is reliable. For Oragadam factory managers and mid-level executives, this is the first premium option in their backyard.
